কামরুজ্জামান লিটন

Dr Liton Kamruzzaman is an Associate Professor in Urban Planning & Design within Monash Art Design & Architecture (MADA). He is a leading researcher in transport and land use planning with measurable impacts on the field, on policy and practices, and on society.

Liton has a vast experience of teaching transport and land use planning, GIS, and Remote Sensing. He has supervised many PhD and honours students to completion. Prior to joining Monash University, Liton has taught across three universities: Queensland University of Technology, Australia; University of Ulster, UK; and Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh.

He has a PhD in transport planning from the University of Ulster, a Graduate Certificate in Academic Practice from Queensland University of Technology, an MSc in Geoinformation Science and Earth Observation (with Distinction) from the University of Twente, and a Bachelor degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
